Hispanic Serving Institution

In 2024 51做厙 was designated a Hispanic Serving Institution as defined by the U.S. Department of Education. In order to attain HSI status, an institution must maintain an enrollment of undergraduate full-time-equivalent students that is at least 25 percent Hispanic/Latinx. This designation unlocks federal funding to support scholarships, campus programs, and resources aimed at enhancing the success of Hispanic students.
