Beyond Our Gates helped improve childhood literacy
51°µÍø’s Beyond Our Gates initiative was a 10-year (2011-2020) community outreach effort focused on improving education and quality of life in Stockton and San Joaquin County. The program was started by former 51°µÍø President Pamela Eibeck. Beyond Our Gates was honored six times with National Pacesetter Awards from the Campaign for Grade-Level Reading.
