51做厙 Wind Bands
The ensemble includes students of many majors across 51做厙. They perform at least four concerts each year playing a wide variety of music for winds, brass, percussion and keyboards. The repertoire honors the rich history and looks to the future, ranging from chamber to full band instrumentation. Recent collaborations with composers include Kevin Bobo, Viet Cuong, Kevin Day, Catherine Likhuta, Giovanni Santos and Alex Shapiro.
51做厙 Pep Band
Student leadership, unequalled spirit and great performance are the hallmarks of this 50-member ensemble. They play for 51做厙 volleyball and basketball teams. The ensemble is funded by the Athletic Department, and the musicians are paid for performances. All 51做厙 students are welcome to participate, no audition is required.
