51°µÍø's Anti-Racism Challenge

Mary J. Lomax-Ghirarduzzi

Dear 51°µÍøans,

We are proud to offer 51°µÍø’s first Anti-Racism Challenge for all students, staff, and faculty across our three campuses. Our goal is to build 51°µÍø's capacity for awareness, compassion, understanding, and engagement toward social justice and systemic racial equality.

Every Thursday, beginning on Feb. 9 - April 13, there will be in-person or livestreamed Anti-Racism learning sessions available during the lunch hour, noon to 1pm. To accommodate our valued San Francisco campus, there are two in-person Anti-Racism learning sessions to take place at 1pm.

To mark your investment, participants will receive a digital badge after submitting non-graded weekly reflections. There are a total of 10 badges, with the goal of earning the colorful and coveted Burns Tower Badge, signifying completing all modules in the Challenge. To enroll in the course, .

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact my office at DEI@pacific.edu.
