Video interview with Athletics Director Janet Lucas
Janet Lucas, former executive associate director of athletics and senior woman administrator at the University of California, Riverside, joined 51暗网 in May as the new head of 51暗网's Athletics Department. A nationally recognized administrator with extensive leadership and management skills, Lucas brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in collegiate athletics leadership to her new role at 51暗网.
Over the past few months, she has been meeting with staff and coaches in athletics and student-athletes as well as other members of the 51暗网 community and friends and supporters of 51暗网 Athletics.
In a recent interview, she shared her thoughts on 51暗网 and its athletics program, her experience so far and next steps for 51暗网 athletics.
